1. Introductory dispositions
This website is the property of Lingua Franca S.R.L. – The Centre for Language Communication and English Language Learning.
By accessing this site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use. In the case that one of the conditions of this document proves to be null or invalid, all other points remain valid and perfectly applicable.
Notions
Provider – Lingua Franca S.R.L. – Centre for linguistic communication and English language learning.
User – physical or legal person, who has agreed to the terms and conditions presented on this page.
Services – English language teaching.
Content – all the information on the site that can be viewed and accessed by each user, as well as the emails you receive from us - promotions, news, course details.
2. Intellectual property
Lingua Franca S.R.L. – Centre for Language Communication and English Language Learning is the owner of all information on the website. We draw your attention to the fact that the use of the distinctive elements of the Lingua Franca trademark or of its partners and/or clients, existing on the site, will be penalized according to the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
The partial or total reproduction of the site, on physical or electronic support, is not allowed, except with the written consent of the provider.
In case you consider that some content on the website www.linguafranca.md infringes your personal rights, please send an e-mail to info@linguafranca.md with the infringed rights, in order to allow the site administrators to act according to the legal provisions on e-commerce.
3. Contact dates
The Lingua Franca Language Communication and English Language Learning Centre publishes complete and accurate identification and contact details on its website.
The user completes the online payment form in full and thus agrees to provide the provider with his/her personal and contact information and details of the bank card used to make the payment.
By accessing the website and providing personal data and contact information, the user agrees to receive informational and commercial e-mails, notifications and confirmation calls from the Provider in connection with the requested service and the online payment.
4. Method of payment
The user will access the online payment button and fill in the form with the requested information.
Payment can be made online by Visa or Mastercard.
In other cases, payment can also be made by direct transfer from the card to our bank account in any currency. Here, please note that you will incur an interbank commission for which we have no control and do not benefit from. The amount of interbank fees and charges cannot be refunded, because they are retained by the intermediary banks and do not end up in our company's account.
The processing of the card data takes place automatically by the system of the bank to which the payment is made. Our website does not store any personal data and information with which you register and make the payment.
In the case of legal entities, payment can be made on the basis of the tax invoice drawn up by the financial department.
As soon as we receive the confirmation about the payment of the course, we will contact you about the communication of the course details and the delivery of the service you want.
5. Return of payments
If the User retires from a course more than 5 days prior to the start date of the course, any amounts advanced will be refunded in full to the payer. The User must notify the Provider in writing of his/her intention to withdraw from the course.
If the User withdraws from a course less than 5 days prior to the start date of the course, 50% of the advance will be returned to the payer. The User must notify the Provider in writing of his/her intention to withdraw from the course.
If the User withdraws from a course less than 3 days prior to the start date of the course, the advance will not be returned to the payer. The User shall notify the Provider in writing of his/her intention to withdraw from the course.
If the User is not satisfied with the quality of the training course, the User shall as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days from the time of the discovery of the inadequacy of the quality of the training course, notify the Executive Director in writing of the inadequacy of the quality of the training course. The relevant notification in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall state as fully as possible the claims made.
The return of the value of the contract, on the provider's initiative, may take place if the group for which the User has made payment is dissolved because the number of participants enrolled in the training is insufficient for a new group.
6. Privacy Policy
The security and confidentiality of your personal data, as well as the correct and complete information about the collection and processing of your data is our responsibility and we assure you that we fulfill these duties with the utmost care. At the same time, we would like to inform you that in the work we carry out, we mainly rely on the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data.
Lingua Franca S.R.L. uses the necessary tools that ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, provided by the user, through the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
